As the Grandmothers say: Ceremony, rituals and prayers are going together. They are friends.

I know why I’m always have been so attracted to the Indigenous People, why I travelled to all those places where Natives use to live. Because I recognised and felt how life was meant to be. I absorbed their knowledge and their connection with Nature and Elders.

Actually, I always was a little disappointed when I met them, because they didn’t react as I was hoping for. I experienced that they mostly do not smile and do not talk a lot. They always looked a bit suspiciously at me. I know I’m tall, blond and European. Not the best combination, but I’m one of them and luckily they felt that too. Ofcourse I learned that actually they only smile and talk when it is really necessary and in this way it has much more impact.

I’m attracted by their Wisdom, their contact with Nature and Elders. And they know they have to share their Wisdom. Their last effort to save our Mother Earth. They are the Red people the people who see themselves as Caretakers of the Earth. They know they will disappear and this is the only thing they can do: Share their wisdom.

I always wondered how would the Earth be if we lived their way. Would there be enough food for everybody, would there be no war, would there be no money. How would it be. We all come from the same source and at the same time we are so different: The White, the Yellow, The Black and the Red ones. We all got brains. Why do we create the world we have now a days. If we all listen to our hearts we know that it is wrong. But still we let it happen. We are all responsible for what we create. Is it our lesson? Do we need to find out to lift our selves to the heart vibration so that we can feel what love is and feel that we have to live our full potential to create love and peace.

Because to my opinion that is al what is left. Love the strongest energy in the cosmos. If we just listen and follow our heart than we know that we can create a world where everybody can be happy in peace with respect for our Mother Earth and our Elders. 

We are able to forgive, we are able not to look back, we are able to get rid of our traumas.. Meditate or pray. Do your rituals and ceremonies if you have them. Look for the silence and the stillness in you. We are able to purify ourselves. 

If we do that, our Soul comes out and than we know really who we are. Pure loving beings!
