Dear Readers,

My dear friend Janny used to say that the Mayans have a beautiful saying: In Lach’ech: You are the other me. Each time she says it I realise how true those words are. Wherever we are in the world and who ever we meet, in everything, we see a part of ourselves. In the morning when I practice my chakra exercises do I realise every time when I heal myself, I heal a piece of Mother Earth. If everyone would heal themselves then Mother Earth would be healed as well, because we are connected to each other. We are one. We are all made out of the universe. We all come from different planets and have chosen to live this life on Earth. We have a responsibility to our planet to treat her with respect and love. We can do this when we treat ourselves in the same way. The simplicity of this makes us believe that it cannot be that simple. 

Life is complicated. Yes, we have made life complicated. We are living in an illusion. Everything we observe in the third dimension is made up by humans. What we see is not the reality. As my dear friend says: follow no other light than your own light. This is so true. 

We follow so easily something outside of ourselves and we just need to follow our own intuition and feelings.
